Welcome to Legally Fierce! My name is Emilie and I’m excited to see you here 🙂

When I was starting my journey through law school, I noticed a severe lack of blogs devoted to going through school and advice for people making the same journey. I decided to start my own blog that chronicles some of the things I face (and faced) during my 3 years of law school.

Right now, I am just getting ready to start my 2L year at a law school in Minnesota. It’s not a “top tier” law school, but it is perfect for me!

My journey to get to law school was not straightforward like many students. I took my time getting through my undergraduate degrees, and had some valuable work experience before I decided to make the jump into a JD.

I’ll be adding bits and pieces  of how I decided to go to law school among posts that discuss what I think is valuable advice and helpful tips to surviving law school while not getting too sucked up into the game.
